I previously wrote a review about the unit we stayed in but I forgot to acknowledge Great Ocean for their excellent customer service. We had an issue with a missing parking pass when we arrived and after a quick phone call the problem was solved within five minutes. We had a wonderful time at SCGIII! Beautifully updated condo and grounds, very quiet, right on the beach, and super friendly staff made it the perfect getaway. The beach is super clean, the pools were lovely (and one was even heated!), and the complex is close to lots of great restaurants. Definitely plan to return!

Great Time in the Canaveral National Park

I used the condo to access the Canaveral National Park. The north park access is less than 10 miles down A1A south. Access to the south park entrance, near the Kennedy space center, is an hours drive away. I prefer Playlinda Beach over Apollo beach. There are great opportunities for birding and short hikes in both areas.

Great Condo

The cheery, comfortable condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a quiet corner unit. I liked that the condo did not have a lot of clutter. The condo was decorated with well thought out furniture placement to make best use of the space. It was clean and easy to keep. The building and grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly. I would rent there again. It was most enjoyable. Weather was wonderful both weeks. Wish I had rented for longer.
