Complex Construction is scheduled from August 10, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Please note that all work will take place Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Prices have been reduced appropriately AND we are offering an additional 10% OFF of your stay for any inconvenience this construction may cause. The pools and beach will be open! Decorated with the beach lover in mind, soft hues of blue and cream greet you the minute you enter this adorable two-bedroom, two bath condo that comfortably sleeps six. Awesome views of the complex pools and Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed from your private balcony.
The open floor plan combines the living room and dining area, creating the perfect space for the entire family to relax together. The living room boasts a plush sectional that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, modern leather recliner and two additional chairs, as well as a large credenza with flat-screen cable TV. Directly off the living room is a large glass slider to the private balcony where two reclining chairs offer a place to relax while taking in the ocean breeze. Adjacent to the living space is a cozy dining room with a beautiful wooden table with seats for six.
If you are planning for a longer stay or like to cook, this unit is especially well equipped! The newly renovated and fully-equipped kitchen has Mexican tile throughout, granite counters, white appliances and stocked with all the glassware, cookware, dishes and utensils you need to cook your favorite meals. The pass-through counter offers a great spot when serving your meals banquet-style.
When it's time to retire, two spacious bedrooms offer the perfect quiet space to relax and sleep. The master has a comfortable king size bed, colorful bedding, a large dresser and flat-screen TV. A big window and private door to the balcony provide a chance to stargaze before sleeping. The cheery second bedroom hosts a queen size bed and tasteful wicker furnishings with ample storage space.
Both the master and guest bathrooms have been nicely updated with attractive tile flooring, tiled walk-in showers with glass enclosures and large vanities for storing your personals. Both bathrooms provide showers only. Soft linens and towels are provided for each guest.
