With 2-bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms, this condominium is perfect for families looking to get a way to the beach.
In the living room, a plush sectional with chaise, recliner and two chairs offer plenty of spots to relax and unwind. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, perfect for smaller children, teens or an overnight guest. On top of the beautiful credenza is a large flat-screen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player to watch great movies or your favorite shows. Not interesting in watching a show? The sliding glass door to the private balcony gives a bird's-eye view of the waves and beach below right from the couch. Or, step outside onto the balcony and take in the sounds and breeze while relaxing on the outside furniture.
When ready to eat, the fully stocked and updated kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and clean white cabinetry. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils to make a yummy home-cooked meal. The kitchen pass-through doubles as extra serving space or a place to grab a quick meal before hitting the beach. Two barstools are available for additional seating. Directly adjacent from the kitchen is the dining room with a wooden table and seating for six. Views of the ocean can be seen while enjoying a delicious meal.
You and your guests will enjoy a restful night sleep in one of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, soft white bedding, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV, and dresser for your personals. The extra-large window allows you to wake each morning to a beautiful sunrise and the crashing waves without leaving your pillow. The master bathroom provides a walk-in shower with glass enclosure, granite vanity and bath towels.
In the guest bedroom you will find two twin beds, nautical bedding, flat-screen TV and dresser space. The second bathroom has been nicely updated as well and has a standard size bathtub and shower with glass enclosure, vanity, large mirror and plenty of towels for all guests.

"New Symrna - Loved this property. The beach is a no drive section, secluded from the crazy every day beach goers more, but still beautiful with ample access and areas for fun. There's a store right across the street for groceries and everything you'd need (super convenient) and all the amenities you'd think you'd ever need in the room."

"I just came home from a great trip! We LOVED this condo and will definitely stay again! I will divide my comments into those about the actual condo and those about the management company to be fair. The Condo WOW!! What a view!! that view is EVERYTHING AND YOU HAVE IT FROM ALMOST EVERY ROOM! The condo is light, bright with comfortable and tasteful furniture and decor. This unit (III/202) was substituted at the last minute because the original unit (II/405) became damaged. The condo was just lovely and the owner included many nice touches such as good beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels! We will ask for this unit again! The Property Manager; When we were able to get through to them they were always helpful and tried very hard understand and resolve the issue. It was difficult to reach them on several important occasions and I'm sure this is because like most everyone, they seemed understaffed. There was confusion about our reservation due to the change not being updated."

"Great property and unit - Have stayed at multiple units at this property and this one was probably the best as far as upkeep and decor. FYI hurricanes have caused a lot of erosion damage at this property and most properties which is out if anyone’s control. Will stay again."

"This place is amazing! You will not be disappointed. It’s so comfortable, quiet, clean and inviting. The decor is cute! I was a little worried my youngest would break something…. But I just move the things I was worried about out of his reach and it was great! The views of the ocean are amazing. We saw dolphins a couple times! The only “not great” thing was the portal communication. It took them a while to respond and I had issues logging in. That by no means would deter me from staying again. My entire family wants to come back! Highly recommended staying here!"

"Get away for peace and relaxation - Everything was as lovely and tastefully decorated as in the photos. Many things seemed new. Furniture arrangement was comfortable and well chosen. Classy, but not stiff. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise to have every supply or tool we wanted. We appreciated there was hand soap and dish soap supplied, and cooking spray and spices! The entire complex seemed to be freshly painted, stairwells and sidewalks always clean. The heated pool was very nice since the ocean water is pretty cold at this time of the year! The porch chairs were very comfortable and we relaxed with our books every day.
If I have to make any suggestion for improvement, it would only be to help a short person reach the spices. So maybe a handy step stool, or keep spices on a lower shelf- a very minor detail!"

"Great beach vacation at Sea Coast Gardens II - Unit 405 was beautifully decorated and modern, comfortable and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony furnishings, and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella there for our use. Sea Coast Gardens has a great beach access, nice deck and pools. "Great Vacation - This condo was perfect. Everything was pristine upon arrival. It was tastefully decorated and well stocked with linens. The kitchen had every item we could think of and more. The view was breathtaking from the master bedroom and living room. You feel completely surrounded by the beach in this unit! You just walk out the door and you are on the beach, cannot get any closer! Beyond the perfect vacation condo, Great Ocean Condos was a fantastic vacation rental management company to work with. They provided all the information and made everything so easy. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!"
