Great Stay in New Smyrna Beach

We stayed in this condo during our boys' fall break week. It was clean and just as described. It has a great view of the pool area and beach in the background. The complex was well maintained. Since it was the off-season, we practically had the pools and courtyard area to ourselves. We will definitely be going back!!

Excellent Experience

We have rented several New Smyrna condos over the last couple of years and I can honestly say this unit is one of the nicest. As of Labor Day 2017 the unit is freshly remodeled and in tip-top condition. Sheets, towels, glassware and stemware, etc. is all new and very nice! It is small but was perfect for our family of four. The complex has very well-manicured grounds and nice people all around. Highly recommended!

Nice Updates

Seemed to be a brand new kitchen, appliances and all. We weren't even sure if the dishwasher had been run before. Nice large tile floors throughout the entire condo. Master bathroom was updated, and the other bath was nice as well. Beds were very comfortable and the rest of the furniture was nice as well. We had a 1 year old, so the rocker/recliner was appreciated. We prefer poolside, but you still could get a good look at the beach and ocean from the balcony.

Beautiful, Super Clean Condo
