June 16, 2021 - "We LOVED our stay at Sea Coast Gardens III unit #316! This 3rd floor room was perfect for our family of 4! We were welcomed with a card and a bottle of wine! The updated kitchen was so nice with beautiful cabinet lighting. Our kids enjoyed their ocean-themed room and the balcony had a great view of the pools and ocean. The beach was beautiful, not too busy at all for the beginning of June! We rarely waited for an elevator and the pools were never too crowded; we could always find a chair. The two tiny pools are baby pools, not hot tubs, which we were mistaken. This room came well-stocked with plenty of beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella, which was great since flew to Orlando and then drove to New Smyrna with no beach gear!
