Beautiful ceramic floors are throughout the main areas of the unit but the master bedroom is beautifully carpeted.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" HD television set with cable, and views of the courtyard. The bathroom has been completely renovated and offers a relaxing bathtub. You will find plenty of room for a family of four to enjoy this great beachside unit.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

"This is a nice condo unit, clean and well equipped. The reserved parking space is steps away from the door, and the pool area is nice. I enjoyed socializing with the other owners and renters in several of their social events in the club house. Although located directly facing the ocean be aware the view is totally blocked by the club house."

"Nice, Comfortable and Clean Condo. Looked like the photographs. The bad news: There is no view of the ocean; the view is of the back of a building. There is no wooden deck facing the ocean as it was destroyed by the hurricane last year. Also, depending upon the phase of the Moon and the weather, there is very little beach available to spread out tents, chairs, etc. You must travel down the the beach with the idea of being compact! LOL! The good news: However, the unit's parking spot is about 10 paces from the door of the condo, which is very convenient. The beach is just a short walk down the sidewalk and past the pools. The unit itself was very clean; the kitchen well-appointed with everything one would need during a stay. The bed was comfortable. The condominium is in a safe area. Lots of families and children around. Laundry down the hall. We would recommend and would stay here again."
