You'll often find yourself retreating to the beautifully decorated living room. Along with a stunning, wrap-around view of the ocean, this space is newly furnished with a leather, queen pull-out couch and leather reclining chairs. When you're not enjoying the serene view, you'll love watching movies on the 55" UHD TV.
The owners have even stocked the storage closet with a pop up tent, skim boards, boogie boards, reclining beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and a surfboard as well!
Packing and unpacking is easy here, since the first floor location negates the need for hauling your bags and beach toys up and down the stairs or the elevator. Parking is just steps away.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

"I need to start by saying this is THE BEST STAY I have ever had. It exceeded our expectations. It has plenty of table games!!! And a room full of beach items to use. The parking was one of the best accommodation right in front of the condo door!! LITERALLY! Making it the first floor it’s AMAZING! The first night we felt a sleep outside with the ocean sounds & the sky full of star & waking up to catch the sunrise. Everything was clean, smelled super good & the bed (heaven)!! Second night we felt a sleep in the room and woke up to the windows open and watching the waves. You can see the beach anywhere from the condo. Thank you sooooo much, we will be back! :)"

"The location and amenities this condo provided were excellent. The closet of beach supplies and toys were the best part. We didn't have to buy sand toys, beach chairs, or boogie boards. The unit came fully stocked. The views were incredible, the beds comfortable, and the space perfect for our family of 6. The younger kids slept in the bedroom and the older two shared the pull out. As someone who loves to cook on vacation the kitchen was also fully stocked and the knives... the knives were so sharp!! I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have cheap dull knives when you're on vacation and cooking for a big family. Pots and pans and all other items were well stocked and in great condition. Overall we would stay here again especially with the pools and beach accessibility."

"This is our favorite place to stay when we come to New Smyrna Beach, and this was our 4th time. This end unit has million-dollar ocean views! You immediately walk in and feel like you are right on the ocean. Amazing views from living/dining area, kitchen and Master bedroom. I love that it’s a South facing unit that provides beautiful natural light inside. I really enjoy the beachy relaxing feel from the décor throughout and the comfortable leather reclining chairs facing the ocean, that you can sit for hours and enjoy the views. It’s well stocked with just about everything you need and lots of beach gear and toys for the family. The Location is great, it’s close to downtown NSB and walking distance to a great restaurant and ice cream place across the street."

"This is my second time here and I definitely plan on coming back. The Ocean views are breathtaking from inside and out. You’re so close to the water you can hear the waves crash while laying in bed! I love that this is a first floor unit, so no stairs no elevator and the parking space is so close to the unit. I love sitting out on the patio watching the beautiful sunrises in the morning and I love watch the moon rise over the ocean at night reflecting off the water. It’s so cute inside and it’s quiet, comfortable, clean and cozy. One of my favorite restaurants is right across the street called The Baker’s Table with homemade baked goods. Coming from Los Angeles, this just what I need to unwind, relax, and enjoy the beach. I won’t stay anywhere else!"

"Girls trip! - The unit we stayed in was warm and welcoming! We were on the ground level, and the views of the ocean were amazing, and also made our trek to the beach with all of our gear quite easy! The condo was well stocked with all of the essentials one might need for cooking, cleaning, and a great nights rest. The owners of this unit had a closet full of everything you might need for a fun day at the beach, too! Locationally, we were very close to a dollar store market, and Publix is 2mi away. Chases on the beach was a great place to eat, and you can walk the beach to get there. Our unit (101) was very clean, there were plenty of towels and bed linens and pillows. The furniture was comfy to relax on, and beds very comfy to sleep in! Having a unit with 2 full baths is also a HUGE PLUS! All of the appliances worked great and were clean. The pool and area surrounding it, for the condo guests to use, were clean and there were plenty of chairs for a great ocean view or to lounge in poolside. This turned into a girls trip for my 15yo daughter and me, but I wish the entire family could’ve made it. We also have a 9, 11, and 12 yo and I really wish they could’ve been here to experience all that this condo/location had to offer and there were so many other families! A great place to bring kids, and pets!"

"Perfect Location - We have visited and stayed in several houses and condos in NSB over the years and this is at the top of our list. This condo is the perfect location. It is on the no-drive beach so is much less busy and no cars! It is just a 5 min drive down to Flagler Ave with great restaurants and shops. There are even a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The condo itself is great. The patio view is unbeatable. Tons of sunlight with large windows facing south. At high tide you feel like the water is coming up to your bedroom window! It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway or family vacation. Kitchen is well equipped. TVs are newer. Board games, pool toys, beach chairs, even a surfboard! I wish we could have stayed longer! We hope to stay again soon."

"Sunny and Secluded Beachfront Condo! - We absolutely loved staying here at this beach front gem! First of all, I love that it’s a ground floor end unit. It’s so easy to go in and out, with a private parking space right in front of the unit. It’s nice not to hassle with going up and down stairs or elevators. The best part is that it is a south facing end unit, with extra windows overlooking the ocean for miles and miles. I can enjoy these views from the comfort of the living room, dining space and kitchen or sit on the patio and soak up the sun. Also, you get more sunlight in the unit because it’s south facing, which is so wonderful because I hate darker spaces with little light and few windows. I came to Florida for sunshine to get out of the gray dreary skies and this place is perfect for that! I love that it’s a no-drive beach so there are no cars parked in front or traffic driving on the beach. The beach is more quiet and secluded because of this. We have stayed in many condos in NSB and this unit feels very private. You can’t see your neighbors above or from the side. It is very quiet and peaceful! It’s nicely decorated, and I love being able to drink my coffee in bed while watching the beautiful sunrises over the ocean. Also, 2 of my favorite restaurants, So Napa Grill and Izzy’s Island Tacos are a couple of blocks away, walking distance, and downtown Flagler Ave is just a short drive away!

"OUR LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE - This was our second trip to Sea Coast Gardens in New Smyrna Beach. When we arrived, we found the property to be very clean, and inviting. The location directly on the beach is fantastic, and the view from the patio is amazing. The condo offered everything we could have possibly needed. We hope to visit again next year."

"Beautiful Way To Greet The Day! - Absolute perfect place to watch the sunrise every morning. This condo was a great home away from home and had everything we needed for a great 3 week vacation and more. This end unit, first floor unit was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The storage area inside the condo had everything we needed for fantastic days on the beach. We throughly enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching the waves and dolphins playing, and of course the sunrise. Great Ocean Condos, and especially Jennifer were very helpful and took great care to make our stay at Sea Coast Gardens very enjoyable. The entire process of booking the condo, arrival and departure went smoothly and was handled professionally. We will certainly be back again to enjoy this wonderful place."

"Diane - We loved the condo on the beach. I woke up early every morning to have my coffee and watch the sunrise.The decor and location were perfect. I am so appreciative that I could bring my small dog along. I never go on vacation without her.The staff were pleasant and friendly. I liked that it was first floor it made everything much easier. If it wasn't so far from home I would consider purchasing a similar unit. We will return.

"I will be back! - We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and we had the ground floor and end unit. Prefect everything was clean and neat. Parking was good, had a spot for each condo plus there were quest spots also. Greatoceancondo.com made renting easy Thanks "

"Relaxing with Great Views! - The 2 bdrm condo was perfect, being an end unit away from the pool ensured less traffic and noise from the pool area. Obviously, oceanfront is the only way to go, and being able to sit on the patio and enjoy the ocean was relaxing and enjoyable. Just being inside and looking out was nice. Buster, my 10 yr old beagle, loved being on the patio, he doesn't like heights so the ground unit could not have been better. The furnishings were perfect, kitchen was well equipped. The only item that would have been nice would have been a lounge chair on the patio so Buster and I could sit together (we do this at home). I've been coming to NSB for over 45 years and this is a prime unit! Please let the owner know how much I appreciate the ability to bring my Buster with me and being on the ground floor, corner unit, oceanfront is awsome! We will return!"

"Ken & Lynn - My wife and I have really enjoyed this condo on the beach. We found it very comfortable being on the first floor with a patio instead of a balcony. The view of the ocean even from the inside of the room was awesome. The condo is located on the end and has more windows than the other units that are in the middle of the complex.The interior of the condo is furnished and decorated perfect for an awesome stay. It had everything that we needed so we did not have to pack a lot for our trip. The two pools on the property had plenty of room and the beach is very secluded in this area. We will go back to this unit for our beach getaway again. A sign inside the living room summed it up for us perfectly. "Another Day In Paradise" Thanks to the owner for sharing. "

"Great place! - Perfect fit for our family of four. We liked that the master bedroom has a full bath and that their is another full bath for the kids. We liked that the guest bedroom had two twin beds. The kitchen was another asset for us, we fixed breakfast, a couple lunches and dinners in. We enjoyed sitting on the Oceanside porch, drinking coffee and hot chocolate and watching the ocean. We liked that it was on the first floor. We loved that we could walk right out and walk on the beach and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. We spent lots of time on the beach and walking. There is a store within walking distance. Their are great restaurants and shops close by in New Smyrna. Our favorite restaurant for lunch was Breakers and enjoyed dinner at JB's fish camp. We stayed right before Christmas, so went to downtown Disney one evening, it was great. We loved the condo and would definitely stay here again. "

"Wonderful location, perfect condo! - Perfect week at beach. Loved the oceanfront ground floor as we could sit on porch and enjoy the beauty of the beach. Great condo unit, well stocked and even pet friendly. Greatoceancondos was so easy to work with and answered any questions we had. Love this condo and will book again for next year.
