Summer Concert Series

Saturday, August 12
New Smyrna Beach Farmer’s Market
When: 7 a.m. to noon (every Saturday in August)
Where: 210 Sams Avenue at Old Fort Park
What: Enjoy this fun farmer’s market where you can taste local food and buy organic fruits and vegetables, plus baked goods and handmade items.
2017 Toys for Tots Shoot-out
When: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Volusia County Gun & Hunt Club
What: This will be the first time the club has held a shooting competition to benefit the Toys for Tots charity. It will feature raffles, food and drinks, live music, and even a dunk tank!
Cost: $10 for spectators, $25 to shoot
East Coast Cruisers Classic Car Show
When: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Canal Street
What: One of the most popular car shows that happens in the New Smyrna Beach area, you will see vehicles from all years gathered here. The family-friendly event draws hundreds every year. In addition to the cars you can enjoy music, food, and shopping too!
Saturday, August 19
New Smyrna Beach Farmer’s Market Beachside
When: 8 a.m. to noon (every Saturday in August)
Where: Norwood’s Restaurant parking lot on Third Avenue
What: Another great farmer’s market in the New Smyrna Beach area for you to check out. Here you’ll find everything from oils & vinegars, to fresh produce, organic baked goods, plus coffee and tea.
Friday, August 25
Family Fun Night
When: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Riverside Park
What: Waterslides, horseback rides, and even a stilt walker will be on hand to entertain the whole family. The City of New Smyrna Beach Leisure Services Department hosts this family fun night. A caravan of food trucks will provide tasty gourmet food as you enjoy the evening.
Cost: Food trucks entail a fee
Saturday, August 26
Flagler Avenue Wine Walk
When: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: Flagler Avenue
What: Explore interesting wine selections at the local eateries as you walk Flagler Avenue this August. You can taste your choice of more than 100 wines being showcased on this unique tour. Before the wine part of the evening starts, there’s also an Art Walk from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cost: Wine tasting passports are $25 and include 20 tasting tickets.
